The workflow for adding product (Item Master) filters to the coupon page has been enhanced with the new Product Lists page. This page allows for any number of Product Groupings to be created and then a Product Grouping can be added to the coupon edit page. Adding Product Groupings replaces the need to add individual products to each and every coupon.

On the Settings menu, click Product Lists.

From the Product Lists listing page, lists can be created, edited, deactivated, and activated.

Each list will have a Name and optional description. Products can be filtered by category and subcategory:

Hold the CTRL button to select multiple items from anywhere in the list of search individual items with the Search box. Alternatively, hold SHIFT to select all items between the first and last selected.

Once highlighted, click the single arrow to move the selected items to the right side. Products on the right side will be the list of Products that are included on the final list.

Use the Group by Category checkbox to group by category for search terms that span multiple categories.

Once finished, having added all desired products to the box on the right side, click Save to finalize the list.

To apply a list to the coupon, navigate to the coupon create or edit page and select the desired list:
