To get started using MJ Platform, log into your organization and select a facility.
Note: If you are presented with a Captcha prompt, select the I'm Human checkbox, then complete the task. This is done in order to provide elevated security and prevent unauthorized access.

Logging In
Navigate to the MJ Platform login page.
Enter your username and password. You can find your initial credentials in your welcome email.
If you can't remember your password, click Recover a Lost Username or password and enter your username in the field that appears. Then reset your password using the "alternate method".
Click Log into Account.
If the button is disabled, wait a few moments for the page to fully load. If the button remains disabled, reload the page.
If your organization has more than one facility, select the one you want to access.
If you accessed a Retail facility, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen to open the side menu, then select the location you're working at and the register you'll be using.
Logging Out
Click your user profile icon at the top-right of the page to open the side menu.
Click Logout.
Switching Facilities while Logged in
Click the facility name next to your user profile icon to open a menu displaying your organization's facilities.
Select the facility you want to switch to.
If you accessed a Retail facility, click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen to open the side menu, then select the location you're working at and the register you'll be using.
