To improve platform stability and prevent unexpected performance issues, we’ve introduced a limit on the number of MJ Platform tabs that can be open at the same time.

How It Works

  • You can have up to three MJ Platform tabs open in the same browser at one time.

  • If you attempt to open a fourth tab, it will automatically close.

  • When this happens, you’ll see a message letting you know that only a limited number of tabs can be open at once and informing you that new tabs will be closed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I browse other websites at the same time?

Yes. This limit only applies to MJ Platform tabs. You can open as many other websites or browser tabs as you’d like.

Can I log in from other computers?

Yes. This limit is per browser, not per user account. You can be logged in on multiple computers or devices at the same time.

Does this apply across different browsers?

No. The tab limit is enforced within a single browser. For example, tabs open in Chrome won’t count toward tabs open in Firefox or Edge.

Why was this limit introduced?

Opening multiple platform tabs at the same time can create unexpected system behavior and performance issues.

This limit helps improve overall system stability and ensures a more consistent, dependable experience for all users.

What should I do if I need to switch between multiple areas of the platform?

We recommend:

  • Using in-app navigation instead of opening new tabs

  • Closing tabs you’re no longer actively using before opening another
