Tightened UI locks on pages related to state integrators to prevent invalid selections after making a change to inventory.

Integrated states

Added a compliance feature called Enable Locked States For Harvest Batches. When it is enabled, the system will prevent the user from making changes to harvest batches that have not received a tracking ID from the state integrator. This is known as a harvest batch lock.

An Investigate button will be displayed for locked harvest batches, allowing users to see the reason for the lock and how to unlock the harvest batch.

In cultivation facility modules, added a new category called Wholesale Seeds/Immature Plants with four subcategories: wholesale seeds, wholesale clones, wholesale plant tissues, and wholesale tissue cultures.

The new category can be used to easily identify inventory that will be transferred to othered cultivation facilities.
