REBEL-1382	Lesotho	Added Lesotho as a selectable country on the Organization Profile page. Some fields are adapted when Lesotho is selected: The districts are selectable from the Provinces menu. Facility postal code fields require exactly three digits. On the International Settings page, "R Rand" is a selectable currency display option.
REBEL-1410	Lesotho	When destroying plants in the Cultivation facility module, if the country is set to Lesotho, the list of plant destruction reasons will only display those that are valid in Lesotho.
REBEL-1375	All	When attempting to reactivate inventory, if an error occurs, the error messages are now more specific and helpful.
REBEL-1207	All	Fixed a bug that prevented some users from reactivating inventory when the item master was set to track items as pre-packs.
REBEL-802	MD, AK, MT, NV	Updated API calls sent to Metrc so that the creation of cultivation locations and storage locations will be pushed to Metrc, as well as any location change associated with packages.
REBEL-1232	Metrc States	Added the ability to change the tracking ID type (plant or package) of a group of tags. This allows users to make corrections if they initially made an error.
