The Reconciliations page is slightly different with Metrc integration turned on. You can use the Reconciliations page to make adjustments to inventory levels if the quantity levels in MJ Platform don't match the quantity levels in Metrc.

Notes

  • Reconciliation works for inventory packages. To change the quantity of a plant record or a harvest batch, modify it directly.

  • If a package has a quantity of zero, it will not appear on the Reconciliation page. Reactivate the package from the Inactive Inventory tab on the Inventory page. You can enter the new quantity from there.

To reconcile inventory with Metrc integration:

  1. Open the App Drawer and click Reconciliations.

  2. Click the applicable product category tab.

  3. Browse the list to find the applicable tracking ID. You can enter a product master, Metrc tag, or other identifying information into the search bar to filter the list.

  4. Click Get METRC level for the applicable tracking ID. This fetches the quantity that Metrc has on file and populates the METRC Quantity field. The discrepancy between the quantity recorded in MJ Platform and the quantity recorded in Metrc is displayed.

  5. Enter a new value in the METRC Quantity field to match that of MJ Platform.

    • If the quantity in MJ Platform is wrong, click the row to expand it, then adjust the individual package quantities, select an adjustment reason, and click Adjust. This updates the quantity in MJ Platform without affecting Metrc.

  6. Select a METRC Adjustment Reason, then click Adjust METRC level. The adjusted inventory quantity is pushed to Metrc.
