PA - New requirements for patient registration

This change affects retail facilities in Pennsylvania.
Several fields on patient profiles have been made non-editable. This change was made in order to comply with the 2021 Utah regulations not accepting letters as an identification method.

To ensure a proper patient ID is used, operators will go to the Check-In page and scan the patient's license. If the patient doesn't yet have a patient profile in the facility, one will be created for them automatically with the information prepopulated in the non-editable fields.
New weight calculations for inventory receipts
