MJ Platform can keep track of who your drivers are and what vehicles are used for deliveries and supply chain activities. Instead of typing in the driver and vehicle information each time, you save each driver and vehicle to MJ Platform first so they can be easily selected from a drop-down menu later.

How to Add a Vehicle
Open the App Drawer, expand the People menu and click Vehicles.
Click Add Vehicle.
Enter the required information in the fields provided:
Vehicle Information fields: These fields pertain to the physical aspects of the vehicle. The information you enter here is for your own tracking purposes only.
Insurance Information fields: These fields pertain to the insurer of the vehicle. Click Upload Insurance Document to upload a PDF of the vehicle's insurance documentation. Once a PDF is uploaded, the View Insurance Document link is displayed. You can click this link at any time to view the document.
Note: Only one document can be stored per vehicle. If you upload another document, it will replace the current one.
Click Save. This adds the vehicle to MJ Platform.
How to Add a Driver
Open the App Drawer, expand the People menu and click Drivers.
Click Add Driver.
If the driver is from a third party organization, select the Transporter Company checkbox, otherwise leave it cleared.
Fill in the fields. The fields displayed depend on whether the Transporter Company checkbox is selected.
Note: Some state integrators require a user profile to be associated with the driver account. If this is the case for you, choose the user from the Select User drop-down menu.
Driver Account fields
Section | Description |
Personal Information | These fields will fill automatically when you select a user from the Select User drop-down menu, but you can make any changes as necessary. These changes only affect the information related to the user as a driver, and will not change the user's main profile. |
Vehicle Information | This section allows you to assign a default vehicle to the driver. If the driver uses more than one vehicle, choose the one they use most frequently. This field is for ease-of-use only; it does not attach the driver to the vehicle. |
Driver Account - Transporter Company fields
Field | Description |
Name | The name of the transporter company. |
State Compliance License | The license number of the company. This is only for display purposes within MJ Platform, but may be used by your state integrator for verification. |
Address, City, State, Zip Code | These fields are for your reference only. |
Phone | You can add multiple phone numbers for the user by clicking the Add button (+). |
Click Save. This adds the driver to MJ Platform.
