When the quantity of inventory falls to zero, it is considered inactive and appears on the Inactive Inventory tab on the Inventory page. Reactivate inventory if its quantity was accidentally set to zero to use it again.

Note: If you are integrated with Metrc, see Performing Reconciliations With Metrc Integration.

Reactivating Inventory

  1. Open the App Drawer and click Inventory.

  2. On the Inactive Inventory tab, click the production run of the inventory you want to prepack. This expands its row to display the package IDs. Do this for each package you want to reactivate.

    • You can enter the batch number or package ID into the search field to filter the list.

  3. Select the checkboxes of the packages you want to reactive and click Activate.

  4. For each package, enter the actual quantity you have and the storage location.

  5. Enter the date of reactivation and click Save. The packages are moved to the Active tab.
