Changes to Historical Data Access

Applicable to Retail modules

This change affects the following:

  • Order History

  • Daily Transaction Report

  • Product Sales Report

  • Closing Report

We have previously kept all historical data for all clients readily accessible throughout all of MJ Platform. As the size of this data increases, performance gradually degrades. To resolve the issue, MJ Platform will now archive any data older than 90 days.

Don't worry, you can still access your archived data through the Analytics module (Domo Lite) and Domo. Note that the data displayed in Analytics is always 2 hours behind.

Open the App Drawer and click Analytics. From there, use one of the following Analytics reports to view data for any time period.

To find this data

Use this Analytics report

Order History

Sales Report (By Patient)

Use the filter checkboxes to see data for a single patient, and use the calendar to select the date range. Wait a few seconds. The Patient Sales Details table contains the resulting data.

Daily Transactions Report

Order Sales

Scroll to the Appendix and use the calendar to select a date range. Wait a few seconds, then scroll to the tables above it.

Product Sales Report

Product Sales

Scroll to the Appendix and use the Completed Date calendar to select a date range. Wait a few seconds, then scroll to the Product Sales Report table.

Sales Report (By Product)

Use the calendar to select a date range. Wait a few seconds. The table contains the resulting data.

Closing Report

Register Transactions

Scroll to the Appendix and use one of the calendars to select a date range, and use the checkboxes to filter the data. Wait a few seconds. The table contains the resulting data.

You can download the data in any Analytics table by clicking the download button
