MJ Platform can only apply one tax profile to a client at checkout. If a client meets the applicability criteria for multiple tax profiles, MJ Platform will select the first applicable one (the one with the lowest order number). Change the order of tax profiles to determine which ones take precedence.
Open the App Drawer and click Facility Settings.
Click Tax Profiles.
Click Re-order Tax Profiles. This opens the Re-order Tax Profiles page, which displays a summary of the applicability criteria for each active tax profile.
Review the applicability criteria and determine an order of precedence for the tax profiles, then enter that order into the fields in the Order column.
As you enter new numbers into the fields, the system rearranges the rows to keep them in ascending order.
Click Submit to save the reordering of tax profiles.
