Finding Checked-In Patients

The Queue page allows you to view and process the checked-in patients in your various queues. Customers will be in one of the queues according to how they were checked in and the status of their order.

For example, if a customer's order has been fulfilled and they are in the payment stage, they will appear in the Payment queue. If your organization uses a fulfillment center and the customer's items have been submitted for packaging, they will appear in the Packaging queue.

How to Use the Queue Page

  1. Open the App Drawer and click Queue.

  2. Click the queue you want to view and select which patient types to display.

  3. Find the patient in the queue whose order you want to fulfill.

    • You can use the search bar at the top-right of the page to filter the displayed patients by name.

  4. Click the appropriate button for the patient:

    • PRODUCT MENU: Start an order for this patient by going to the Product Menu page.

    • FULFILL: Jump to the Cart page for the patient, where you can scan items in.

    • PAYMENT: Go to the Payment page. This button is only available for patients in the Payment queue. (Patients with at least one item fulfilled in their cart.)

    • Cancel Order: Remove the patient from the queue.
