After enabling anonymous orders, you can complete an anonymous sale without creating a new patient profile.

How to Enable Anonymous Orders

  1. Open the App Drawer, expand the Facility Settings menu and click Settings (Advanced).

  2. Click Sales.

  3. Under Patients:

    1. Set Allow Anonymous Orders? to Yes.

    2. Click the Select Customer Types for Anonymous Orders field and select the applicable customer types.

    3. Optionally, set the Require Birthdate For Anonymous Orders setting to Yes. This prevents an order from being started if the birthdate field is left blank or the patient is below the Minimum age restriction for recreational sales.

  4. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

How to Fill an Anonymous Patient Order

  1. Open the App Drawer and click Check-In.

  2. Click Anonymous Order. This opens the Demographic Information window.

  3. Enter information about the patient in the fields provided. Mandatory fields are marked with asterisks.

    • If you have a 2D barcode scanner with EZ DL set up, you can click Scan ID to scan the patient's driver's license and automatically fill in most of the fields.

  4. Click one of the following buttons to start the anonymous order:

    • Start Order: This adds the anonymous customer to the queue and automatically opens the Product Menu page, where you can start their order.

    • Fast Track: This adds the anonymous customer to the queue and automatically jumps to the Shopping Cart page, where you can scan items in.
