Once you've configured your account export setup, your accounting data can be exported so that you can save digital copies for bookkeeping purposes.
Open the App Drawer and click Accounting.
Specify the export settings. Required settings are marked with an asterisk.
Export Format: The file format of the exported data. Select one of the following options:
CSV: For general use in spreadsheet applications such as Microsoft Excel.
IIF: For use in QuickBooks.
Start Date and End Date: The date range of data to be exported.
Locations to Export: The locations whose accounting data you want included.
Transaction Types: The types of transactions to include in the export.
Click Save and Export Document. The system will take a few moments to generate the export file, and then it will be downloaded to your computer.
