In order to export your accounting data to QuickBooks, you must map each MJ Platform account to the corresponding account set up in QuickBooks.
Mapping QuickBooks Accounts:
Open the App Drawer, expand the Facility Settings menu and click Settings (Advanced).
Click Accounting.
On the Sales And Payments tab, under General Ledger Account Name, enter each account name exactly as entered in QuickBooks. Under General Ledger Account Type, enter each account type exactly as entered in QuickBooks. All fields must be filled.
Click Save at the bottom of the page to map the accounts.
