Plants in MJ Platform are records that represent the physical plants or plant material (clone, seedling, tissue culture, or mature plant) in your cultivation facility. Each plant record contains information about the plant's growth phase, strain, and mother plant, among other information.

Plant Listing Page

You can view your plants on the Plant Listing page, where they are sorted into tabs according to their current growth phase. You can navigate to the Plant Listing page by opening the App Drawer and clicking Plants. From here, you can

List Columns

The list columns display information about your plants at a glance. Click Column Visibility to select which columns are to be displayed and hidden.

Description

Strain

The plant's strain. You can change this by modifying the plant.

Phenotype

The plant's phenotype. You can change this by modifying the plant.

Plant ID

The unique ID generated for the plant.

Qty

The number of plants the plant record represents. This will always be 1 unless you set up plant grouping.

Batch

The batch the plant is a part of.

Type

The type of plant (clone, seedling, tissue culture, or mature plant.)

Is Mother

Whether the plant's Is Mother checkbox is selected. You can change this by modifying the plant.

Location

The current cultivation location of the plant. You can change this by modifying the plant.

Planting Date

The planting date.

Days In Phase

The number of days the plant has been in the current growth phase.

Waste Reported

The amount of waste reported (via plant modification), measured in grams. You can change this by modifying the plant.

Mother Plant

The mother plant.

History

Click the button to view a list of changes the plant has gone through.

Tracking Id

The regulator-issued tag assigned to the plant. This is available only if your state integration supports it. For example, if your state integrator is Metrc, this would be the Metrc plant tag ID. You can assign tags by modifying the plant.

Print

Click the button to open the Print window and print the plant's label.

Finding Plants

To find specific plants, use the search bar and enter any information about the plant, such as its ID, type, or batch. As you type, a list of suggestions is displayed. Click one of the results to filter the plant listing.

Missing Plants

If you recently made changes, they may not be reflected right away. Click Update Search to force an immediate update. If the plant is still not found, check the other tabs on the page and search again. For example, if the plant is destroyed, it will be listed on the Inactive tab.
