To accommodate requirements for your State integration, we have updated our MJ Platform Retail check-in validation for patients. Moving forward, you will see the following updates to your MJ Platform Retail module:
When viewing your patient profile, you will see a new required field for the “Last 4 Digits SSN.” This will be a required field moving forward to ensure proper check-in validation with your State integrator.
Now, when checking in a patient, the system will validate if the patient can purchase flower, or not. This is determined by the patient designation given by their medical operator of “Can Use Flower.”
