Problem
When reaching the Cash-Out page, Windows sometimes displays a stop error (blue screen) and is forced to restart.
Cause and Solution
Zebra is aware of this issue, which is caused by certain Windows updates.
This issue is caused by faulty drivers included in Windows updates KB5000802, KB5000808, and KB5000822.
