If you entered the wrong payment information during check-out, you can go into the patient's order history and correct it.

  1. [get view_order_history]

  2. Click on the applicable order to expand it.

    • You can use the search field to filter the list and find the order quicker.

  3. Select the Change Payment checkbox, then make the required changes to the payment.

    • If you need to insert additional payment methods, click the + button.

  4. Click Save.
