When test results receive a status of failed from a testing lab, the related inventory becomes quarantined at the licensee facility.
To remove the quarantine from the licensee inventory:
Open the App Drawer and click Quarantined Inventory.
Locate the package that should no longer be quarantined.
Select the checkbox for each of the package's applicable line items.
Click Release Quarantine.
