Bug Fixes and Improvements

Products

  • Fixed an error when changing a product from non-medicated to medicated on the Product Master.

Point of Sale & Orders

  • Cash change is now rounded for all payment types, including debit-card payments.

  • Removing a coupon from an order now shows a loading indicator, so repeated clicks no longer stack overlapping order updates and cause errors.

  • Fixed the Create Matching Partner PO option erroring on internal sales orders that contain flower.

  • When a payment is declined or rejected, MJ Platform now returns a clear error and keeps the order intact, instead of failing the whole order update.

  • Closing a register with a large transaction backlog no longer times out; the close now runs in the background.

Purchasing & Receiving

  • Receiving is now blocked when the received amount doesn't match the requested amount, rather than only showing a warning.

  • Receiving is now blocked when a prepack's weight doesn't match a weight ordered on the purchase order — for example, receiving 2g prepacks against a purchase order for 1g. Purchase orders that include more than one prepack size still accept any of the ordered sizes.

  • Fixed prepack storage location not saving when editing a transfer.

  • Fixed an error when clicking + under Line Item Price on the Receive Transfer screen for a purchase order with two or more units of a prepack, on a non-integrated site.

  • Fixed Save being blocked by a false "Cannot exceed quantity available" error when editing an Out-for-Delivery transfer that contains prepacks — driver and notes changes can be saved again.

  • Fixed Batch ID not saving to items on a receipt where it had been entered.

Inventory

  • Packages placed on hold through Modify Lot are now correctly warned or blocked at the point of sale, per Inventory Compliance Settings → "Select Warn or Block sales if product is on-hold." (This issue only affected facilities outside of PA and UT.)

  • Packages created from a harvest without an expiration date now default to one year out instead of the current day.

  • Fixed the E&I inventory view so that newly received items are no longer hidden when Inventory Compliance Settings → "Archive inactive inventory after" is set to 60 or 90 days.

  • Removed the Today shortcut from the package Expiration Date field.

Cultivation

  • Assembly (Infusion) jobs now reliably deduct their ingredients from inventory, scaled to the job size.

Patients & Queue

  • Editing a patient's name now updates the patient's card already waiting in the queue.

  • Caregiver entries now require their key fields before they can be saved.

  • Removed the Today shortcut from Date-of-Birth fields.

  • Customer favorites (a patient's most-ordered categories, shown at check-in) now populate correctly.

Rewards

  • Double points during configured hours now apply correctly, instead of awarding only base points.

  • Resolved timeouts in the minimum visit frequency check in Rewards Setup, which could prevent a rewards group from updating for customers with a large order history.

Lab Results

  • Corrected terpene (trans-nerolidol) values that were showing as blank in lab results and on printed labels.

Metrc

  • The Metrc Sales CSV export now matches Metrc's current upload template — including Price, Discount, SubTotal, and delivery fields — with per-line tax columns where the state requires them.

Reporting & Exports

  • The Current Inventory Report now loads and exports reliably for large facilities, and its CSV export uses the filters currently entered on the page.

  • Fixed the Sales Export page failing to load.

Performance & Reliability

  • Transfers and Sales Orders listings now load reliably for high-volume facilities.

  • Opening a direct link to a deep page no longer occasionally returns you to the login screen.

Puerto Rico

  • Fixed test results being dropped on returned packages (BioTrack).

  • Fixed several BioTrack supply-chain issues: receiving multiple prepacks under one product master, tracking IDs auto-filling for prepacks, batch and package IDs carrying over from internal transfers, and expiration dates on receipt creation.
