Pennsylvania: Reconcile & Manual Transaction Changes
Effective July 21, 2026, to meet Bureau of Medical Marijuana requirements, the following apply to Pennsylvania facilities:
Reconcile (Inventory → Adjust)
The Adjustment Reason is automatically set to "Discrepancy" and cannot be changed — it is the only reason used for reconciliations.
A Note is required for every reconciliation adjustment. Use it to document what prompted the discrepancy (for example, a physical count ID and who identified it). Instructional text appears at the top of the notes modal.
Manual Adjustments (Modify Package / Modify Lot)
"Reconciliation" is no longer an available adjustment reason — use the Reconcile page for reconciliations.
"Waste" is now available as an adjustment reason.
A reason code must be selected — it can no longer be left blank.
A Note is required whenever a quantity changes, documenting why the adjustment was necessary.
