New Features

  • New Sales Setting: Control Coupon Application Order
    A new Sales Setting allows facilities to control the order in which multiple coupons are applied during checkout, offering more flexibility in discount logic.

  • Product Lists: Filter by Brand
    Users can now filter Product Lists by Brand, making it easier to locate and manage products by supplier or manufacturer.

  • Refund/Restock Notes Include Original Order ID
    When processing a refund or restocking an item, the system now automatically includes the original order ID (e.g., "Ord.#####") in the note field for better traceability.

  • New Role: Data Fix
    A new system role allows users to request supported data corrections—such as backdating a patient order, reassigning a package, or changing the price of a received Package—without requiring approval from an Organization Administrator.

  • Coupon Settings: Clarified Order of Operations
    A clarification has been added to the coupon settings page to explain how coupon application order affects discounts at checkout.

  • Fetch Coupons Bug Fixed
    Resolved an issue where the response from the "Fetch Coupons" action causing errors when attempting to Apply Coupons in another Order.

Utah

  • Utah EVS Phase 2: Weight Sold Submissions
    The platform now supports validation and submission of weight sold to the Utah Electronic Verification System (EVS), expanding automated compliance reporting.

Pennsylvania

  • MMAP Balance Display on Receipts and Payment Screen
    The remaining MMAP (Medical Marijuana Access Program) balance now appears on printed receipts and the payment confirmation screen, improving transparency for patients and dispensary staff.


Bug Fixes and Improvements

  • Prepack Refunds
    Resolved an issue where refunds for prepacked items was failing to complete.

  • Purchase Order Autocreation Without Permissions
    Resolved an issue where users without the Manage Purchase Orders permission were able to create purchase orders through the "auto-create matching partner purchase order" function on Sales Orders.

  • Item Move Not Creating New ID or Logging Change
    Fixed a bug where moving an entire inventory item to a new location did not generate a new item ID or log the move in item transaction history.

  • Duplicate Transactions
    Resolved a bug where Patient Orders occasionally created duplicate transactions.

Utah

  • Utah Online Orders Missing Name Requirement
    API-submitted online orders for Utah facilities now require a customer name to meet EVS compliance requirements.

  • Utah ID Expiration Dates
    Fixed an issue where Patients with Medical IDs that were nearing expiration date could not be checked in.

General

  • Standard Monthly Facility Rent – Required Field Clarified
    A bug was resolved where users could not save a new cultivation location unless the “Standard Monthly Facility Rent” field was filled in, though it was not marked as required. The field has now been clarified in the UI.
