As of August 19th, Lab operators now have the ability to upload Lab Results via .csv upload.

Downloading the Template

When adding a Lab Result, you will now see the Download Template button.

You can choose to download the template in either .xlsx or .csv format.

If your template is missing any cannabinoids, terpenes, or other fields that are required for testing in your State, you can add them to the template manually:
e.g.

Category|Name|Key
Terpene|Terpinolene (%)|terpinolene_percent

If you encounter issues, reach out to Support via email, chat, or phone for assistance with correcting your template.

Populating the Template

Utilizing data from your LIMS, populate the template in a workbook editor like Excel.

The template headers must not be altered or the upload will fail.

The following rows are ignored on import:

Testing ID

Status

Partner

Product Name

Package Code

Test Type

Stability Testing Date will be made available for import in a future release. Currently, Stability Testing Date needs to be entered manually.

Uploading the CSV

After populating the template and verifying its accuracy, click Upload template and select the populated template.

This will populate every field on the page with the data from the template.

After uploading the template, a notification will appear saying "Successfully Imported Test Results"

Lab Operators are still required to click Save and In Progress or Save and Complete after the fields have been populated by your template upload.

This User is responsible for the accuracy of all data entered. If any data accuracy issues are encountered, please contact support@mjfreeway.com before clicking Save.
