Note: This Feature will become available on January 27th, 2025.

When an item is added to a Patient's Cart and is not yet fulfilled, a Soft Reservation will be applied to Package(s) of that item in your Active Inventory.

For example, if 5 units of an item are added to a cart and are not yet fulfilled, Soft Reservations will be applied starting with the oldest (created first) package until all 5 units have been reserved.

Orders that have been created via API Integration will also create Soft Reservations.
